Set up for the second quarter of 1993 the insurance rate of contributions for enterprises, organizations, institutions and other economic entities, regardless of the form of ownership, to the Russian Federation Social Insurance Fund of 5.4 per cent, The State Fund for Employment of the Population of the Russian Federation-2 per cent and the Compulsory Health Insurance Funds-3.6 per cent in relation to the assessed pay on all grounds. Article 2: Social insurance contributions to the Social Insurance Fund of the Russian Federation, the State Fund for Employment of the Population of the Russian Federation and compulsory health insurance funds are exempt from payment of insurance contributions. Organizations of persons with disabilities, owned by these organizations, enterprises, associations and institutions established for the purpose of carrying out their statutory aims. Article 3.
