Expired-the Federal law dated 26.11.98 g. N 175-FZ z and c o n Russian Federation on the social protection of citizens exposed to radiation as a result of an accident in the year 1957 at the Mayak production association and discharges of radioactive waste into the Techa river (as amended by the Federal law of 30.07.96 N 99-FZ), this law aims to protect the rights and legitimate interests of citizens of the Russian Federation trapped in the zone of influence of adverse factors arising as a result of an accident in the year 1957 at the Mayak production association and discharges of radioactive waste into the Techa river, as well as participating in the Elimination of their consequences.
Article 1. Extend the application of the law of the Russian Federation on the social protection of citizens exposed to radiation due to the Chernobyl disaster "(records of the RSFSR Congress of people's deputies and the Supreme Soviet of the RSFSR, 1991, # 21, art. 699; Gazette of the Congress of people's deputies of the Russian Federation and the Supreme Soviet of the Russian Federation, 1992, no. 32, St. 1861; Collection of laws of the Russian Federation, 1995, no. 48, art. 4561) in the manner prescribed by this law: (as amended by the Federal law of 30.07.96 N 99-FZ) 1) on citizens (including temporarily sent or assigned), including military personnel and reservists called up for special charges, those officers and other ranks of internal affairs bodies, State security, civil defence authorities, who in 1957-1958 years of direct involvement in the aftermath of the accident in the year 1957 at the Mayak production association as well as on citizens, including military personnel and reservists called up for special charges, those officers and other ranks of internal affairs bodies, State security, civil defence bodies engaged in work on carrying out protective measures and rehabilitation of contaminated land along the Techa river in 1949-1956; (As amended by the Federal law of 30.07.96 N 99-FZ) 2) to citizens (including temporarily sent or assigned), including military personnel and reservists called up for special charges, those officers and other ranks of internal affairs bodies, State security, civil defence authorities, who in 1959-1961 years of direct involvement in the liquidation of the accident in the year 1957 at the Mayak production association; (As amended by the Federal law of 30.07.96 N 99-FZ) 3) citizens evacuated (relocated), as well as the departed voluntarily from settlements (including evacuees (resettled) in built-up areas, where evacuation (resettlement) produced partial) subjected to radioactive contamination as a result of an accident in the year 1957 at the Mayak production association and discharges of radioactive waste into the Techa river, including of children, including children which, at the time of evacuation (resettlement) were in a State of fetal development, as well as military, civilian and military units of the composition exists in the year 1957, evacuated from the zone of contamination. Voluntarily left the citizens include: departures September 29, 1957 year on December 31, 1958 inclusive of the settlements subjected to radioactive contamination as a result of an accident in the year 1957 at the Mayak production association, as well as departures 1949 on 1956 year inclusive of settlements (including resettled within human settlements, where relocation was carried out partially) subjected to radioactive contamination as a result of discharges of radioactive waste into the Techa river; (As amended by the Federal law of 30.07.96 N 99-FZ) 4) for citizens living in settlements subjected to radioactive contamination as a result of an accident in the year 1957 at the Mayak production association and discharges of radioactive waste into the Techa river, where the average annual effective dose equivalent is now over 1 mSv (Advanced above natural background radiation for this area);
5) to citizens who went voluntarily to a new residence of the settlements subjected to radioactive contamination as a result of an accident in the year 1957 at the Mayak production association and discharges of radioactive waste into the Techa river, where the average annual effective dose equivalent is now over 1 mSv (Advanced above natural background radiation for this area).
Article 2. Disabled citizens, have received or have suffered radiation sickness and other diseases as a result of an accident in the year 1957 at the Mayak production association and discharges of radioactive waste into the Techa river, from among those listed in article 1 of this law, benefits and compensation, established for citizens referred to in paragraphs 1 and 2 of the first paragraph of article 13 of the law of the Russian Federation on the social protection of citizens exposed to radiation due to the Chernobyl disaster ".
Article 3. Citizens referred to in paragraph 1 of article 1 of this law, benefits and compensation, established for citizens referred to in paragraph 3 of article 13 of the law of the Russian Federation on the social protection of citizens exposed to radiation due to the Chernobyl disaster ".
Article 4. Citizens referred to in paragraph 2 of article 1 of this law, benefits and compensation, established for citizens referred to in paragraph 4 of article 13 of the law of the Russian Federation on the social protection of citizens exposed to radiation due to the Chernobyl disaster ".
Article 5. Citizens listed in paragraph 3 of article 1 of this law, benefits and compensation, established for citizens referred to in paragraph 6 of article 13 of the law of the Russian Federation on the social protection of citizens exposed to radiation due to the Chernobyl disaster ".
Article 6. Citizens listed in paragraph 4 of article 1 of this law, benefits and compensation, established for citizens referred to in paragraph 7 of the first paragraph of article 13 of the law of the Russian Federation on the social protection of citizens exposed to radiation due to the Chernobyl disaster ", for citizens permanently living (working) with April 26, 1986 year in the area of residence of the entitled to relocation. Citizens who left voluntarily to a new residence of the settlements subjected to radioactive contamination as a result of an accident in the year 1957 at the Mayak production association and discharges of radioactive waste into the Techa river, where the average annual effective dose equivalent is now over 1 mSv (Advanced above natural background radiation for this area), referred to in paragraph 1 of this article, benefits and compensation are not available in case If the citizens of profit for their stay (work) in named localities after the enactment of this Act.
Article 8. Article 9.
