Article 5. Article 6. The citizens referred to in article 1, paragraph 4, of this Act shall be granted privileges and compensation for the citizens referred to in paragraph 7 of part one of article 13 of the Russian Federation Act "On the social protection of citizens exposed to radiation as a result of the Chernobyl disaster", as for citizens who are permanently resident (working) since 26 April 1986 in the area of residence with the right to resettlement.
