Article 2. Legislation of the Russian Federation on standardization The relations in the field of standardization are regulated by this Law and issued in accordance with it by the legislation of the Russian Federation. Article 4. Organization of standardization work 1. Section II STANDARDIZATION PAPERS AND THEIR APPLICATION Article 6. Regulatory documents for standardization and requirements for them 1. Article 8. Industry standards, business standards, standards of scientific-technical, engineering societies and other public associations 1. The standards of economic operators must not violate the mandatory requirements of State standards. Information on adopted industry standards, standards of scientific-technical, engineering societies and other public associations is sent to the bodies of the State standard of the Russian Federation. Article 9. Use of standardization documents 1. Section III STATE CONTROL AND OVERSIGHT OF COMPLIANCE STATES STANDARDS REQUIREMENTS Article 11. State control and surveillance 1. Article 13. State inspectors, their rights and responsibility 1.
