A O O O O "Concerning the rehabilitation of repressed peoples" Article 1. To amend the Law of the RSFSR "On the rehabilitation of repressed peoples" (Vedomas of the Congress of People's Deputies of the RSFSR and the Supreme Soviet of the RSFSR, 1991, N 18, art. 572) the following amendments and additions: a) to supplement the Law with Article 3-1 as follows: " Article 3-1. Citizens of repressed peoples who were subjected to repression in the territory of the Russian Federation on the grounds of national or other affiliation are covered by the Law of the RSFSR "On the rehabilitation of victims of political repressions". "; (b) Part three of article 9 should read as follows: " Reparations for rehabilitated peoples and individuals shall be implemented in a phased manner, after deducting in monetary terms the compensation and benefits received by citizens on the basis of Act of the RSFSR on the rehabilitation of victims of political repression.
