Expired-the Federal law from 06.03.2001 г. N 21-FZ z and c o n Russian Federation concerning payment of pensions to citizens leaving for permanent residence outside the Russian Federation, article 1. Citizens departing to take up permanent residence outside the Russian Federation, before leaving the amount of pensions paid (irrespective of the type of pensions) in Russian rubles for six months in advance.
Article 2. On the basis of a written application of the citizen travelling on a permanent residence outside the Russian Federation, the amount assigned pensions can be transferred abroad in foreign currency at the exchange rate of the ruble, as calculated by the Central Bank of the Russian Federation on the date of the transaction. Its translation is performed starting from the month following the month of departure of this citizen outside the Russian Federation, but not earlier than the date on which the pension paid in Russian rubles.
Article 3. Procedure for the payment of pensions in accordance with this law shall be established by the Council of Ministers-Government of the Russian Federation on agreement with the Pension Fund of the Russian Federation.
Article 4. When returning citizens for permanent residence in the Russian Federation the amount of pensions not received them during their residence outside the Russian Federation, shall be paid in the manner prescribed by the legislation of the Russian Federation.
Article 5. This law shall not apply to citizens, left for permanent residence outside the Russian Federation, if these citizens of Russian Federation legislation or Interstate agreement (the agreement) establishes another procedure for pensions.
Article 6. This law will enter into force on July 1, 1993 year.
