Taking into account the increase in the prices of consumer goods and services between March and May 1993 and in accordance with article 2 of the Law of the Russian Federation " OF THE PRESIDENT OF THE RUSSIAN FEDERATION The minimum wage increased by 1.81 times to RUB 7,740 per month from 1 July 1993. The minimum wage does not include surcharges and allowances, as well as bonuses and other performance awards. Article 2. Enterprises, organizations and institutions financed from budgetary sources shall introduce the minimum wage as set out in part one of article 1 of this Law from the respective budgets. Other enterprises, organizations and institutions introduce the minimum wage as set out in article 1, paragraph 1, of this Law as they seek to raise their own funds during the third quarter of 1993. Article 3. Scholarships for students of higher vocational education institutions, students of secondary and primary vocational education and post-graduate students in post-graduate studies at the postgraduate level Educational institutions of higher vocational education and research institutions, appropriate benefits and other social benefits shall be established on the basis of the minimum size laid down in article 1, paragraph 1, of this Law Payment of labour.
