Expired-the Federal law dated 20.04.95 N 43-FZ z and c o n Russian Federation on indexing the minimum wage Article 1. In the light of rising prices on consumer goods and services during the period from March to May 1993 onwards and, in accordance with article 2 of the law of the Russian Federation "on the minimum wage" (records of the Congress of people's deputies of the Russian Federation and the Supreme Soviet of the Russian Federation, 1992, no. 48, art. 2756) minimum wage increase at 1.81 times and install it from July 1, 1993 year amounting to 7740 rubles per month.
The minimum wage does not include surcharges and allowances, as well as bonuses and other incentive payments.
Article 2. Enterprises, organizations and institutions financed from budgetary sources, being installed in the first part of article 1 of the present law the minimum wage at the expense of the respective budgets.
Other enterprises, organisations and institutions introduce established in the first part of article 1 of the present law the minimum wage as finding your own funds for this purpose in 1993 during the third quarter of the year.
Article 3. Scholarships for students of educational institutions of higher professional education students of institutions of secondary education and initial vocational training, graduate students studying full-time in graduate school in educational institutions of higher vocational education and research institutions, relevant allowances and other social payments to establish on the basis of the first part of article 1 of this Act, the minimum wage.
Article 4. Void articles 1, 2, and 4 of the law of the Russian Federation from March 30, 1993 Goda "minimum wage" (records of the Congress of people's deputies of the Russian Federation and the Supreme Soviet of the Russian Federation, 1993, no. 16, item 553).
Article 5. This law enters in force from July 1, 1993 year.
