Supplement the Code with article 167-2 as follows: " Article 167-2. Unauthorized amber mining. Unauthorized amber extraction from deposits or industrial sites, as well as the marketing of illicitly produced or processed amber if these acts are committed after the application of the administrative penalties for such exploitation Violations of the law are punishable by up to two years ' corrective labour or a fine of two to five thousand rubles with confiscation of illicitly obtained. " Unauthorized extraction of amber from deposits or industrial sites, as well as the sale of illegally produced amber in kind or processed form, if these actions have caused great damage to the State, shall be punished by imprisonment The amount of fines imposed is no more than two years or a fine of three to ten thousand rubles, with the confiscation of unlawfully obtained ". Paragraph 3 of article 24 of the fourth article, after the words "(article 167-1)", should be supplemented with the words "unauthorized extraction of amber (article 167-2 of Part Two)". Article 3.
