The Romanian Parliament adopts this law + Article UNIC Approval Government Emergency Ordinance no. 101 101 of 29 June 2000 amending and supplementing the Annex to Government Emergency Ordinance no. 21/1997 on the return of immovable property belonging to the Jewish communities in Romania, respectively the Annex to the Government Emergency Ordinance no. 83/1999 on the return of immovable property belonging to the communities of citizens belonging to national minorities in Romania, published in the Official Gazette of Romania, Part I, no. 311 of 5 July 2000, with the following amendments: 1. The title of the emergency ordinance shall read as follows: " EMERGENCY ORDINANCE amending the Annex to Government Emergency Ordinance no. 21/1997 on the return of immovable property which belonged to the Jewish communities in Romania and the Annex to the Government Emergency Ordinance no. 83/1999 on the return of immovable property belonging to the communities of citizens belonging to national minorities in Romania " 2. Article 1 shall read as follows: " Article 1. -Annex to Government Emergency Ordinance no. 21/1997 on the return of immovable property belonging to the Jewish communities in Romania, published in the Official Gazette of Romania, Part I, no. 97 97 of 21 May 1997, approved with amendments by Law no. 140/1997 ,, as amended, shall be replaced by Annex no. 1 1 which forms an integral part of this Emergency Ordinance. " This law was adopted by the Romanian Parliament, in compliance with the provisions of art. 76 76 para. (1) of the Romanian Constitution, republished.
