The Romanian Parliament adopts this law + Article I Approval Government Emergency Ordinance no. 24 24 of 30 June 2015 for amendment Law no. 135/2010 on the Code of Criminal Procedure, published in the Official Gazette of Romania, Part I, no. 473 of 30 June 2015, with the following amendment: -In Article I, point 3, paragraph 10 of Article 222 is amended and shall read as follows: "(10) The duration of deprivation of liberty ordered by the measure of house arrest shall be taken into account for the calculation of the maximum duration of the measure of preventive arrest of the defendant during the criminal investigation." + Article II Law no. 135/2010 on the Code of Criminal Procedure, published in the Official Gazette of Romania, Part I, no. 486 of July 15, 2010, with subsequent amendments and completions, as well as with the amendment brought by this law, will be republished in the Official Gazette of Romania, Part I. This law was adopted by the Romanian Parliament, in compliance with the provisions of art. 75 75 and art. 76 76 para. (1) of the Romanian Constitution, republished.
