The Romanian Parliament adopts this law + Article I Approval Government Emergency Ordinance no. 63 63 of 30 December 2015 for the extension of the validity of the route licenses and the transport program on the basis of which the regular passenger transport services are carried out between Bucharest and Ilfov County, published in the Official Gazette of Romania, Part I, no. 984 of 30 December 2015, with the following amendments and additions: 1. The title of the emergency ordinance shall be amended and shall read as follows: " EMERGENCY ORDINANCE on the extension of the validity of the route licenses and the transport program on the basis of which the regular passenger transport services are carried out between Bucharest and Ilfov county, as well as for the extension the validity of the route licences and the county public transport programme or the local public transport programme of persons, if the procedure for their award has been suspended by judgments of the courts " 2. The unique article is amended and shall read as follows: "" Art. 1. -The current transport program under which regular passenger transport services are carried out between Bucharest and Ilfov county localities maintain their validity until the decisions of the courts remain final. Article 2. -At the request of the transport operators who hold the route licenses valid on the date of entry into force of this emergency ordinance on the routes contained in the program of transport of persons through regular services between Bucharest and The localities of Ilfov County, the Romanian Road Authority-A.R.R. issue route licenses accompanied by traffic charts, for buses owned and nominated by them with the payment of the related tariff, according to the law, until the final of the judgments of the courts. Article 3. -In situations where the procedure for the award of the routes contained in the county public transport program or in the local public transport program of persons through regular flights has been suspended by judgments of the courts, the extend the validity of the county transport program or the local public transport program of persons through regular flights in force and the related route licenses until the final stay of the judgments of the courts, and after that date, until the date of completion of the procedures for the allocation of the routes covered the county public transport program or in the local public transport program of persons through regular flights, according to the final decisions of the courts. Article 4. -(1) At the request of transport operators holding valid route licenses on the date of entry into force of this emergency ordinance on the routes contained in the county public transport programs provided for in art. 3, the Romanian Road Authority-A.R.R. extends the validity of the route licenses until the date of completion of the award procedures in accordance with the final decisions of the courts, with the payment of the related tariff, according to the law. (2) At the request of transport operators holding valid route licenses on the date of entry into force of this emergency ordinance, included in the existing local public transport program provided for in art. 3, the local council extends their validity until the date of completion of the award procedures, in accordance with the final judgments of the courts, with the payment of the related tariff, according to the law. Article 5. -In the situation provided in art. 4 4, the specifications and contracts for the delegation of the management of the transport services shall be extended accordingly, under the same conditions, during the validity of the route licences, as the case may be, by the competent authority established by the Local public transport services law no. 92/2007 , with subsequent amendments and completions. Article 6. -The transport program, the award documentation, the timing of the award session, as well as the conditions and the method of submitting the requests will be displayed within 60 days from the date of final decisions of the courts, and the award procedures will be completed within the stipulated deadlines, according to the Law no. 92/2007 , with subsequent amendments and completions. Article 7. -Procedure and method of extension of route licenses for the situations provided in art. 3 shall be established by the Romanian Road Authority-A.R.R., according to the law. " + Article II The date of entry into force of this Law shall be repealed Government Emergency Ordinance no. 30/2013 for the extension of the validity of route licenses and county public transport programs, published in the Official Gazette of Romania, Part I, no. 227 of 19 April 2013, approved with amendments by Law no. 225/2013 ,, as amended. This law was adopted by the Romanian Parliament, in compliance with the provisions of art. 75 75 and art. 76 76 para. (2) of the Romanian Constitution, republished.
