The Romanian Parliament adopts this law + Article 1 Romania's participation in the Poverty Reduction and Growth Trust (PRGT) fund, managed by the International Monetary Fund, is approved, with a contribution in the amount of 7,571,246 DST, representing the share of the second round of distribution of the additional profit obtained from the gold sales operations of the International Monetary Fund, made between September 2009 and December 2010. + Article 2 The transfer of the amount of 7.571.246 DST from the intermediary account administered by the International Monetary Fund is authorized, in which that amount was temporarily stored, in the general subsidy account of PRGT, called General Subsidy Account of the PRGT. + Article 3 The National Bank of Romania will carry out the provisions of this law. This law was adopted by the Romanian Parliament, in compliance with the provisions of art. 75 75 and art. 76 76 para. (2) of the Romanian Constitution, republished.
