The Romanian Parliament adopts this law + Article I Law no. 82/1993 on the establishment of the Biosphere Reserve "Danube Delta", published in the Official Gazette of Romania, Part I, no. 283 of 7 December 1993, as amended and supplemented, shall be amended as follows: 1. In Article 10, paragraph 4 ^ 1 is amended and shall read as follows: "Throughout the territory of the reservation, the change in the use of agricultural land used as productive agricultural land or fish facilities is done with the consent of the administrator, only on the basis of specialized technical studies." 2. In Article 12, points 2 ^ 1 and 2 ^ 2 are amended and shall read as follows: "" 2 ^ 1. changing the use of land from agricultural or fisheries facilities, except those provided for in art. 10 10 para. 4 4 ^ 1; 2 2 ^ 2. non-compliance by the owners, tenants or concession of land occupied by agricultural or fishery facilities, the use of which has been changed, without being based on specialized technical studies, showing the need for change the use of agricultural or fish farming; " + Article II (1) Within 12 months from the date of entry into force of this law, the owners, tenants or concession of land used as agricultural or fishery facilities, to whom they have changed their use, are obliged to carry out technical studies of specialty, with the consent of the administrator, showing how to use the agricultural or fish facilities in question. (2) Within 3 years from the date of entry into force of this law, the owners/concession of land to whom they have changed their use, without the specialized studies justifying this, are obliged to bring them back to their original state or, as the case may be, renatuate them. + Article III On the date of entry into force of this Law, Article III of Law no. 122/2014 for completion Law no. 82/1993 on the establishment of the Biosphere Reserve "Danube Delta", published in the Official Gazette of Romania, Part I, no. 541 541 of 22 July 2014, shall be repealed. This law was adopted by the Romanian Parliament, in compliance with the provisions of art. 75 75 and art. 76 76 para. (2) of the Romanian Constitution, republished.
