---------- The Romanian Parliament adopts this law + Article I Government Ordinance no. 105/1999 on the granting of rights to persons persecuted by the regimes established in Romania with effect from 6 September 1940 until 6 March 1945 for ethnic reasons, published in the Official Gazette of Romania, Part I, no. 426 of 31 August 1999, approved with amendments and additions by Law no. 189/2000 , as amended and supplemented, shall be amended as follows: 1. Article 2 shall read as follows: "" Art. 2. -(1) Persons who have been in the situations referred to in art. 1 1 para. ((1) lit. a) and b) are entitled to a monthly allowance of 250 lei for each year of deportation or detention. (2) Persons who have been in the situations referred to in art. 1 1 para. ((1) lit. c), d) and g) are entitled to a monthly allowance of 200 lei for each year of displacement, forced labor or evacuation from their own home. (3) Persons who have been in the situations referred to in art. 1 1 para. ((1) lit. e) have the right to a monthly allowance of 200 lei. " 2. Article 3 shall read as follows: "" Art. 3. -The surviving spouse of the deceased, from the category of persons provided in art. 1 1 para. ((1) lit. a)-e) and g), as well as the person who was in the situation provided in art. 1 1 para. ((1) lit. f) benefit from the first of the month following the month in which the application was submitted, under the conditions of this ordinance, of a monthly allowance of 150 lei non-taxable, if they subsequently did not remarry. " + Article II The rights provided in art. It shall be granted as of 1 July 2015. ---------- The term provided in art. II was prorogated by section 12 12 of art. I of LAW no. 71 71 of 3 April 2015 published in MONITORUL OFFICIAL no. 233 233 of 6 April 2015, amending art. 43 of EMERGENCY ORDINANCE no. 83 83 of 12 December 2014 , published in MONITORUL OFFICIAL no. 925 925 of 18 December 2014. + Article III Government Ordinance no. 105/1999 on the granting of rights to persons persecuted by the regimes established in Romania with effect from 6 September 1940 until 6 March 1945 for ethnic reasons, published in the Official Gazette of Romania, Part I, no. 426 of 31 August 1999, approved with amendments and additions by Law no. 189/2000 , with subsequent amendments and completions, as well as with the amendments made by this law, will be republished in the Official Gazette of Romania, Part I, giving the texts a new numbering. This law was adopted by the Romanian Parliament, in compliance with the provisions of art. 75 75 and art. 76 76 para. (2) of the Romanian Constitution, republished.
