---------- The Romanian Parliament adopts this law + Article I Law no. 82/1993 on the establishment of the Biosphere Reserve "Danube Delta", published in the Official Gazette of Romania, Part I, no. 283 of 7 December 1993, as amended and supplemented, shall be completed as follows: 1. in Article 10, after paragraph 4, a new paragraph 4 ^ 1 is inserted, with the following contents: "On the entire territory of the reservation, the change of destination of land used as agricultural or fishery facilities is prohibited, except for those included in the renaturation plan." 2. In Article 12, after point 2, two new points are inserted, points 2 ^ 1 and 2 ^ 2, with the following contents: "" 2 ^ 1. changing the destination of land used as agricultural or fisheries facilities, with the exception of those included in the renaturation plan; 2 2 ^ 2. non-compliance by the owners, tenants or concession of land used as agricultural or fishery facilities the destination of which has been changed to the obligation of rebirth or to bring them back to their original destination; '. 3. in Article 13 (1), after letter h), a new letter, letter i) is inserted, with the following contents: "" i) those referred to in point 2 ^ 1 and 2 ^ 2, with a fine of 2,000 lei to 6,000 lei for individuals and from 4,200 lei to 12,500 lei for legal entities. " + Article II Within 3 years from the date of entry into force of this law, the owners, tenants or concession of land used as agricultural or fish facilities, to which they have changed their destination, are obliged to bring them back to their destination initial or, as the case may be, renatuate them. + Article III Repealed. ---------- Art. III was repealed by art. III of LAW no. 283 283 of 18 November 2015 , published in MONITORUL OFFICIAL no. 863 863 of 19 November 2015. This law was adopted by the Romanian Parliament, in compliance with the provisions of art. 75 75 and art. 76 76 para. (2) of the Romanian Constitution, republished.
