The Romanian Parliament adopts this law + Article UNIC Law no. 35/2007 on the increase of safety in educational establishments, published in the Official Gazette of Romania, Part I, no. 165 of 8 March 2007, shall be amended and supplemented as follows: 1. Article 1 is amended and shall read as follows: "" Art. 1. -Safety in educational establishments is carried out under the coordination of the prefect and is under the responsibility of the local public administration authorities, school inspectorates, the General Police Department of Bucharest or the county police inspectorates, the General Directorate of Gendarmes of Bucharest Municipality or the county gendarmerie inspectorates and the school units. " 2. Article 2 is amended and shall read as follows: "" Art. 2. -At the level of Bucharest and each county, under the coordination of the prefect, the framework system for ensuring the protection of school units, the safety of students and teaching staff by the representatives of the inspectorate is elaborated school, of the General Police Department of Bucharest Municipality or of the county police inspectorate, of the General Directorate of Gendarmes of Bucharest Municipality or of the county gendarmes inspectorate and of the public administration authority local, which is approved by the prefect. " 3. Article 3 is amended and shall read as follows: "" Art. 3. -In each school unit, the teaching council, in consultation with the parent representative council, issues an inner order regulation, with the stipulation of the conditions of access to the school of teachers, students and visitors, regulation which is also made available to the General Police Department of Bucharest Municipality or the county police inspectorate and the General Directorate of Gendarmes of Bucharest Municipality or the county gendarmes inspectorate. " 4. In Article 4, paragraph 1 shall be amended and shall read as follows: "" Art. 4. -(1) The county councils, the General Council of Bucharest and the local councils allocate, within the limits of the approved budgets, the financial resources necessary for the implementation of the fencing, the securing of the buildings of the educational units, for lighting and for other measures increasing the safety of school facilities, at the request of the board of school units, with the specialized support provided by the police, according to the provisions Law no. 333/2003 on the protection of objectives, goods, values and protection of persons, with subsequent amendments and completions. " 5. in Article 5, after paragraph 1, a new paragraph (2) is inserted, with the following contents: " (2) The distinctive signs provided in par. (1) will be communicated to the General Police Department of Bucharest Municipality or to the county police inspectorate and the General Directorate of Gendarmes of Bucharest Municipality or to the county gendarmes inspectorate. " 6. Article 6 is amended and shall read as follows: "" Art. 6. -The prefects, together with representatives of the school inspectorate, of the General Police Department of Bucharest Municipality or of the county police inspectorate, of the General Directorate of Gendarmes of Bucharest Municipality or of the inspectorate of County gendarmes and local public administration authority, analyze quarterly how the protection of educational establishments is ensured, developing and running programs or projects to prevent violence in the school environment. " This law was adopted by the Romanian Parliament, in compliance with the provisions of art. 75 75 and art. 76 76 para. (2) of the Romanian Constitution, republished.
