The Romanian Parliament adopts this law + Article I Article 1 of Law no. 137/2000 on the legal regime of the land related to the Palace of the Parliament of Romania, published in the Official Gazette of Romania, Part 348 of 26 July 2000, as amended, shall be amended as follows: "" Art. 1. --(1) The land related to the Palace of the Romanian Parliament, as delimited by the Annex to the Government Decision no. 718/1991 on the approval of the technical-economic study for the investment objective "Casa Republicii", as amended, is and remains in the public domain of the state and in the administration of the Chamber of Deputies and the Senate. ((2) Decisions regarding the destination and use of the land provided in par. (1) shall be taken by each Chamber of Parliament, corresponding to the area of land under its own administration. ((3) By way of derogation from provisions Law no. 213/1998 on public property and its legal regime, with subsequent amendments and completions, the change of the legal regime of the land provided in par. (1) may be ordered only by law. " + Article II Within 60 days of the entry into force of this law, the Government will adopt a decision to delimit the land related to the Palace of the Romanian Parliament, in order to administer it by the Chamber of Deputies and the Senate. This law was adopted by the Romanian Parliament, in compliance with the provisions of art. 75 75 and art. 76 76 para. (1) of the Romanian Constitution, republished. p.
