The Romanian Parliament adopts this law + Article 1 Withdraw the reservation made in Decree no. 143/1972 on the ratification of the Convention for the Suppression of the Illicit Capture of Aircraft, concluded in The Hague on 16 December 1970, pursuant to 12 paragraph 2 of the Convention, having the following text: " The Socialist Republic of Romania, according to Article 12 paragraph 2 of the Convention, declares that it does not consider itself bound by the provisions of paragraph 1 of this Article of the Convention for the Suppression of Illicit Capture of Aircraft. The position of the Socialist Republic of Romania is that the differences regarding the interpretation or application of the convention will be subject to the International Court of Justice only with the consent of all the parties in dispute, for each case. " + Article 2 Withdraw the reservation made in Decree no. 626/1973 on the accession of the Socialist Republic of Romania to the Single Convention on Narcotic Drugs of 1961 and to the Protocol on the amendment of this Convention, pursuant to 50 paragraph 2 of the Convention, having the following text: " The Socialist Republic of Romania declares that it does not consider itself related to the provisions of paragraph 2 of Article 48, according to which the differences between two or more Contracting Parties concerning the interpretation or application of the Convention, which will not have been regulated by way of negotiations or by any other way of settlement, will be brought, at the request of one of the interested parties, before the International Court of Justice. The Socialist Republic of Romania considers that such disputes will be subject to the International Court of Justice only with the consent of all the parties in dispute, for each individual case. " + Article 3 Withdraw the reservation made in Decree no. 66/1975 on the ratification of the Convention for the Suppression of Illicit Acts against Civil Aviation Security, concluded in Montreal on 23 September 1971, pursuant to art. 14 paragraph 2 of the Convention, having the following text: " The Socialist Republic of Romania declares that it does not consider itself related to the provisions of Article 14 paragraph 1 of the Convention for the repression of illicit acts directed against civil aviation security The position of the Socialist Republic of Romania is that the differences regarding the interpretation or application of the convention will be subject to the International Court of Justice only with the consent of all the parties in dispute, for each case. " + Article 4 Withdraw the reservation made to art. 6 6 of Decree no. 254/1978 to ratify international treaties, to ratify the Convention on preventing and sanctioning crimes against persons enjoying international protection, including diplomatic agents, adopted in New York at 14 December 1973, pursuant to art. 13 paragraph 2 of the Convention, having the following text: " The Socialist Republic of Romania declares that it does not consider itself related to the provisions of paragraph 1 of Article 13 of the Convention, according to which the disputes between two or more Contracting Parties concerning the interpretation or application of the Convention, which are not will have been regulated by negotiations, will be subject to arbitration or the International Court of Justice, at the request of one of the parties. The Socialist Republic of Romania considers that such disputes may be subject to arbitration or to the International Court of Justice only with the consent of all parties in dispute, for each individual case. " This law was adopted by the Romanian Parliament, in compliance with the provisions of art. 75 75 and art. 76 76 para. (2) of the Romanian Constitution, republished.
