The content of this act is not an official document, being intended to inform users The Romanian Parliament adopts this law + Article 1 (1) Access to public railway infrastructure shall be prohibited from unauthorised persons. (2) The safety zone of the public railway infrastructure comprises the strips of land, within the limit of 20 m each, situated on one side and another of the railway axis, necessary for the location of the signalling and traffic safety installations and the the other operating facilities for the movement of trains, as well as installations and environmental protection works. On the territory of the localities the safety zones will be compulsorily signposted. + Article 2 It is prohibited to enter or station unauthorized persons in areas where access is prohibited by posters or corresponding signs from the perimeter of railway stations, revisions, depots and network triages. + Article 3 (1) The unauthorized person is, within the meaning of art. 1 and 2, any person who does not have the status of employee of the railways or who, although he has this quality, does not have duties in the areas of safety of public railway infrastructure or, as the case may be, in the areas provided for in art. 2.
