The Romanian Parliament adopts this law + Article UNIC Approval Government Ordinance no. 64 64 of 13 August 2004 for completion art. 3 of Decree-Law no. 126/1990 on some measures concerning the Romanian Church United with Rome (Greek-Catholic), adopted on the basis of art. 1 1 section III.3 of Law no. 291/2004 on the empowerment of the Government to issue ordinances and published in the Official Gazette of Romania, Part I, no. 751 of 18 August 2004, with the following amendments and additions: 1. Article I shall read as follows: " Art. I.-In Article 3 of Decree-Law no. 126/1990 on some measures regarding the Romanian Church United with Rome (Greek-Catholic), published in the Official Gazette of Romania, Part I, no. 54 of 25 April 1990, three new paragraphs are inserted, paragraphs 2-4, with the following contents: " The interested party will convene the other party, communicating its claims in writing and providing it with the evidence on which these claims are supported. The convocation will be made by registered letter with proof of receipt or by handing out letters under the signature of receipt. The date of convening of the joint committee will not be fixed earlier than 30 days from the date of receipt of the documents The commission will be made up of three representatives of each cult. If at the time limit set for the convening of the commission it does not meet or if no result is reached within the committee or the decision displeases one of the parties, the interested party shall have the legal proceedings, according to common law. The resolution of these actions falls within the courts. The shares are exempt from stamp duty. "" 2. Article II shall be repealed. This law was adopted by the Romanian Parliament under the conditions of art. 77 77 para. (2), in compliance with art. 75 75 and art. 76 76 para. (2) of the Romanian Constitution, republished.
