The Romanian Parliament adopts this law + Article 1 The amendments to the 1988 Protocol on the 1974 International Convention for the Safety of Life at Sea, adopted by the International Maritime Organization by Resolution MSC.92 (72) of the Maritime Security Committee in London, are hereby accepted. 26 26 May 2000, set out in Annex no. 1. + Article 2 The amendments to the 1988 Protocol on the 1974 International Convention for the Safety of Life at Sea, adopted by the International Maritime Organization by Resolution MSC.100 (73) of the Maritime Security Committee in London, are hereby accepted. 5 5 December 2000, set out in Annex no. 2. + Article 3 The Ministry of Public Works, Transport and Housing will take the necessary measures to implement the amendments provided for in art. 1 1 and 2. + Article 4 Annexes no. 1 and 2 are an integral part of this law. This law was adopted by the Senate at the meeting of October 24, 2002, in compliance with the provisions of art 74 74 para. (2) of the Romanian Constitution. p.
