Research and development units set out in Annex no. 1 1 a) no. crt. 1, 2 and 9 reorganize as national research and development institutes in the coordination of the Academy of Agricultural and Forestry Sciences "Gheorghe Ionescu-Sisesti", by way of derogation from the provisions Government Ordinance no. 57/2002 ... , approved with amendments and additions by Law no. 324/2003 ,, as amended. Research and development units set out in Annex no. 1 1 a), with the exception of no. crt. 1 1, 2 and 9, in Annex no. 2 2 and in Annex no. 5 5 to No. crt. 2 and 3 are reorganized as institutes, centers and research and development resorts organized as public institutions, with legal personality, subordinated to the Academy of Agricultural and Forestry Sciences "Gheorghe Ionescu-Sisesti". Research and development units set out in Annex no. 1 1 a), with the exception of no. crt. 1 1, 2 and 9, and in Annex no. 5, except for the No. crt. 1 and 4, can be organized, after obtaining accreditation, as national research and development institutes in the coordination of the Academy of Agricultural and Forestry Sciences "Gheorghe Ionescu-Sisesti", by way of derogation from the provisions Government Ordinance no. 57/2002 , approved with amendments and additions by Law no. 324/2003 ,, as amended. Companies listed in Annex no. 5 is reorganized according to the decision of the general meeting of shareholders, on the basis of the structure and heritage existing on December 31, 2004. Research and development units set out in Annex no. 3 is reorganized into commercial companies. Research and development resorts and Istrita and Stoenesti farms, set out in Annex no. 4, are taken over within the state agricultural higher education institutions. The Commercial Company "Research and Production Resort for Animals of Blana"-S.A. Targu Mures, provided at no. crt. 1 1 of Annex no. 5, is reorganized according to the decision of the general meeting of shareholders, based on the structure and heritage existing on December 31, 2004, in the resort of research and development, unit without legal personality, in the structure of the National Regia of the Forests-Romsilva and in the scientific coordination of the Academy of Agricultural and Forestry Sciences "Gheorghe Ionescu-Sisesti". ---------------- Alin. According art. 1 of EMERGENCY ORDINANCE no. 15 15 of 27 February 2008 , published in MONITORUL OFFICIAL no. 163 163 of 3 March 2008, by way of derogation from the provisions art. 22 ^ 3 and 22 ^ 4 of Law no. 290/2002 on the organization and functioning of the research and development units in the fields of agriculture, forestry, food industry and the Academy of Agricultural and Forestry Sciences "Gheorghe Ionescu-Sisesti", with subsequent amendments and completions, is approved the transmission of a land, in the public domain of the state, in the area of 0,10 ha, having the identification data provided in the annex that is an integral part of this emergency ordinance, from the administration of the Research and Agricultural Development Suceava in the administration of the National Health Authority Veterinary and Food Safety-Sanitary-Veterinary and Food Safety Department Suceava, in order to build an ecological incinerator. Teaching-taking over the land provided in par. ((1) shall be made on the basis of protocol concluded between the interested parties, within 30 days from the date of entry into force of this emergency ordinance. According art. 1 of EMERGENCY ORDINANCE no. 105 105 of 10 September 2008 , published in MONITORUL OFFICIAL no. 684 684 of 7 October 2008, by way of derogation from the provisions art. 22 ^ 3 and 22 ^ 4 of Law no. 290/2002 on the organization and functioning of the research and development units in the fields of agriculture, forestry, food industry and the Academy of Agricultural and Forestry Sciences "Gheorghe Ionescu-Sisesti", with subsequent amendments and completions, is approved the passage of a land area of 121,29 ha, from the public domain of the state and from the administration of the State Domains Agency, as well as the constructions located on this land area, from the public domain of the state and from Administration of the Research and Development Station Pomicola Oradea, in the public domain of Oradea, Bihor County, and in the administration of the Local Council of Oradea, in order to develop projects of municipal public interest. Identification data of the buildings provided in art. 1 1 are set out in Annexes no. 1 and 2, which are an integral part of this emergency ordinance.
