The Romanian Parliament adopts this law + Article UNIC The Statute of the International Criminal Court, adopted in Rome on 17 July 1998, is ratified. On the occasion of the deposit of the instrument of ratification of the Statute of the International Criminal Court, Romania makes the following statements 1. Pursuant to Article 87 (1) (a) of the Statute: The Ministry of Justice is the Romanian central authority competent to receive the requests of the International Criminal Court, to transmit them without delay to the resolution of the competent Romanian judicial bodies and to communicate to the International Criminal Related. 2. Pursuant to Article 87 (2): Applications of the International Criminal Court and related documents will be transmitted in English or accompanied by official translations in this language. This law was adopted by the Chamber of Deputies at its meeting on February 26, 2002, in compliance with the provisions of 74 74 para. (1) of the Romanian Constitution.
