The Romanian Parliament adopts this law + Article UNIC Approval Government Emergency Ordinance no. 44 44 of 9 April 1999 to amend and supplement Government Emergency Ordinance no. 67/1998 on the financial restructuring of the Romanian Foreign Trade Bank-BANCOREX-S.A., for privatization, published in the Official Gazette of Romania, Part I, no. 149 of 9 April 1999, with the following amendments: 1. The title of the emergency ordinance shall read as follows: " Emergency Ordinance for amending and supplementing Government Emergency Ordinance no. 67/1998 on the financial restructuring of the Romanian Foreign Trade Bank-BANCOREX-S.A. " 2. Article II shall read as follows: " Art. II. -Government Emergency Ordinance no. 67/1998 on the financial restructuring of the Romanian Foreign Trade Bank-BANCOREX-S.A., with the amendments and completions made by this emergency ordinance, will be republished in the Official Gazette of Romania, Part I, giving the articles a new numbering. " This law was adopted by the Chamber of Deputies at the meeting of September 6, 2001, in compliance with the provisions of 74 74 para. (2) of the Romanian Constitution.
