The Romanian Parliament adopts this law + Article UNIC Approval Government Emergency Ordinance no. 39 39 of 7 April 1999 on certain measures to support the restructuring program by guaranteeing a credit to the Commercial Company "Roman"-S.A. Brasov, published in the Official Gazette of Romania, Part I, no. 148 148 of 8 April 1999. This law was adopted by the Senate at its meeting on March 26, 2001, in compliance with the provisions of art 74 74 para. (2) of the Romanian Constitution. SENATE PRESIDENT NICOLAE VACAROIU This law was adopted by the Chamber of Deputies at its meeting on March 27, 2001, in compliance with the provisions of 74 74 para. (2) of the Romanian Constitution.
