The Romanian Parliament adopts this law + Article UNIC Rejected Government Emergency Ordinance no. 61 61 of 9 October 1997 to amend and supplement Government Ordinance no. 44/1995 on improving the imposition of income-producing activities from the exercise of a free profession and from literary, art and scientific works, published in the Official Gazette of Romania, Part I, no. 278 278 of 15 October 1997. This law was adopted by the Chamber of Deputies at its meeting on February 8, 2001, in compliance with the provisions of 74 74 para. (2) of the Romanian Constitution.
