The Romanian Parliament adopts this law + Article UNIC Approval Government Ordinance no. 20 20 of 28 January 1999 to complete the provisions of para. 1 1 of art. 3 of Government Ordinance no. 3/1992 on value added tax, adopted pursuant to art. 1 1 section 2 lit. d) of Law no. 259/1998 on the empowerment of the Government to issue ordinances, published in the Official Gazette of Romania, Part I, no. 40 40 of 29 January 1999. This law was adopted by the Senate at the meeting of October 14, 1999, in compliance with the provisions of art 74 74 para. (2) of the Romanian Constitution. SENATE PRESIDENT NICOLAE VACAROIU This law was adopted by the Chamber of Deputies at the meeting of March 13, 2001, in compliance with the provisions of 74 74 para. (2) of the Romanian Constitution.
