The Romanian Parliament adopts this law + Article UNIC Approval Government Ordinance no. 96 96 of 29 August 2000 for the ratification of the PHARE Financing Memorandum between the Government of Romania and the European Commission on the preparation of PHARE 2000 /2001-RO9915, signed in Bucharest on 30 December 1999, issued on the basis of art. 1 lit. A section 17 17 of Law no. 125/2000 on the empowerment of the Government to issue ordinances and published in the Official Gazette of Romania, Part I, no. 428 428 of 2 September 2000. This law was adopted by the Senate at the meeting of 6 November 2000, in compliance with the provisions of art. 74 74 para. (2) of the Romanian Constitution. SENATE PRESIDENT NICOLAE VACAROIU This law was adopted by the Chamber of Deputies at the meeting of March 13, 2001, in compliance with the provisions of 74 74 para. (2) of the Romanian Constitution.
