The Romanian Parliament adopts this law + Article UNIC Approval Government Emergency Ordinance no. 208 208 of 15 November 2000 on the exemption from value added tax on supplies of goods and/or services provided for in the Annex to Government Decision no. 211/2000 on the guarantee by the Ministry of Finance of external loans for the Ministry of National Defence, published in the Official Gazette of Romania, Part I, no. 594 594 of 22 November 2000. This law was passed by the Senate at the meeting of February 12, 2001, in compliance with the provisions of art 74 74 para. (2) of the Romanian Constitution. SENATE PRESIDENT NICOLAE VACAROIU This law was adopted by the Chamber of Deputies at its meeting on March 1, 2001, in compliance with the provisions of 74 74 para. (2) of the Romanian Constitution.
