The Romanian Parliament adopts this law + Article UNIC Approval Government Ordinance no. 86 86 of 29 August 2000 for repeal art. 2 2 para. ((3) B lit. d) of Decree no. 247/1977 on the framing of permanent military personnel in groups I, II or III of work, issued pursuant to art. 1 lit. Q section 3 3 of Law no. 125/2000 on the empowerment of the Government to issue ordinances and published in the Official Gazette of Romania, Part I, no. 421 421 of 1 September 2000. This law was adopted by the Senate at the meeting of October 31, 2000, in compliance with the provisions of art 74 74 para. (2) of the Romanian Constitution. SENATE PRESIDENT NICOLAE VACAROIU This law was adopted by the Chamber of Deputies at its meeting on March 1, 2001, in compliance with the provisions of 74 74 para. (2) of the Romanian Constitution.
