The Romanian Parliament adopts this law + Article UNIC Approval Government Emergency Ordinance no. 165 165 of 28 October 1999 for completion of para. 1 1 of art. 5 of Government Ordinance no. 29/1994 on the establishment and use of the Special Fund for Energy System Development, published in the Official Gazette of Romania, Part I, no. 533 533 of 2 November 1999. This law was adopted by the Senate at the meeting of September 26, 2000, in compliance with the provisions of art 74 74 para. (2) of the Romanian Constitution. SENATE PRESIDENT NICOLAE VACAROIU This law was adopted by the Chamber of Deputies at its meeting on February 27, 2001, in compliance with the provisions of 74 74 para.
