The Romanian Parliament adopts this law + Article UNIC Approval Government Ordinance no. 9 9 of 28 January 1999 to amend and supplement Government Ordinance no. 63/1994 on the updating of some spending regulations for public authorities and institutions, approved and amended by Law no. 13/1995 ,, issued pursuant to art. 1 1 section 2 lit. j) of Law no. 259/1998 on the empowerment of the Government to issue ordinances and published in the Official Gazette of Romania, Part I, no. 36 36 of 29 January 1999. This law was adopted by the Senate at the meeting of September 30, 1999, in compliance with the provisions of art 74 74 para. (2) of the Romanian Constitution. SENATE PRESIDENT NICOLAE VACAROIU This law was adopted by the Chamber of Deputies at its meeting on February 26, 2001, in compliance with the provisions of 74 74 para.
