The Romanian Parliament adopts this law + Article UNIC The European Agreement on the Suppression of Visa for Refugees (STE-31), concluded in Strasbourg on 20 April 1959, signed by Romania on 5 November 1999, is ratified. This law was passed by the Senate at the meeting of January 15, 2001, in compliance with the provisions of art 74 74 para. (2) of the Romanian Constitution. SENATE PRESIDENT NICOLAE VACAROIU This law was adopted by the Chamber of Deputies at the meeting of February 20, 2001, in compliance with the provisions of 74 74 para.
