The Romanian Parliament adopts this law + Article UNIC Approval Government Emergency Ordinance no. 42 42 of 27 April 2000 to amend and supplement Government Ordinance no. 30/1996 on the regulation of the state's holdings in the International Monetary Fund and the way of regularization of financial influences resulting from transactions with the International Monetary Fund, published in the Official Gazette of Romania, Part I, no. 186 186 of 2 May 2000. This law was adopted by the Chamber of Deputies at the meeting of January 18, 2001, in compliance with the provisions of 74 74 para. (2) of the Romanian Constitution.
