The Romanian Parliament adopts this law + Article UNIC Approval Government Ordinance no. 78 78 of 30 August 1999 on the extension of the deadline art. 3 3 para. (3) of Government Emergency Ordinance no. 79/1997 for the establishment of the Special Commission for the verification of certificates issued Law no. 42/1990 for honoring the heroes-martyrs and granting rights to their descendants, the injured, as well as the fighters for the victory of the December 1989 Revolution, issued under art. 1 lit. A section 1 1 of Law no. 140/1999 on the empowerment of the Government to issue ordinances and published in the Official Gazette of Romania, Part I, no. 420 of 31 August 1999, with the following amendment: -The single article will read as follows: " Unique article. --The deadline provided for art. 3 3 para. (3) of Government Emergency Ordinance no. 79/1997 for the establishment of the Special Commission for the verification of certificates issued Law no. 42/1990 to honor the heroes-martyrs and to grant rights to their descendants, to the injured, as well as to the fighters for the victory of the Revolution of December 1989, published in the Official Gazette of Romania, Part I, no. 363 of 17 December 1997, shall be extended until 31 October 2000. '; This law was adopted by the Chamber of Deputies at its meeting on March 27, 2000, in compliance with the provisions of 74 74 para. (2) of the Romanian Constitution.
