The Romanian Parliament adopts this law + Article UNIC Rejected Government Emergency Ordinance no. 68 68 of 29 December 1998 to amend and supplement Government Ordinance no. 22/1997 on certain protection measures that are granted to personnel in the mining industry and in geological exploration and exploration activities, published in the Official Gazette of Romania, Part I, no. 515 515 of 30 December 1998. This law was adopted by the Senate at the meeting of 7 September 2000, in compliance with the provisions of art. 74 74 para. (2) of the Romanian Constitution. SENATE PRESIDENT NICOLAE VACAROIU This law was adopted by the Chamber of Deputies at its meeting on February 22, 2001, in compliance with the provisions of 74 74 para.
