The Romanian Parliament adopts this law + Article UNIC Approval Government Ordinance no. 67 67 of 25 August 1998 for amendment Government Ordinance no. 48/1994 on the modification of some charges for the use of public roads and for some service provision at ports and airports, issued pursuant to art. 1 1 section 12 lit. n) of Law no. 148/1998 on the empowerment of the Government to issue ordinances and published in the Official Gazette of Romania, Part I, no. 316 316 of 27 August 1998. This law was adopted by the Senate at the meeting of December 22, 1998, in compliance with the provisions of art 74 74 para. (2) of the Romanian Constitution. SENATE PRESIDENT NICOLAE VACAROIU This law was adopted by the Chamber of Deputies at its meeting on February 12, 2001, in compliance with the provisions of 74 74 para.
