The Romanian Parliament adopts this law + Article UNIC The European Convention for the Protection of Human Rights and the Dignity of the Human Being ratified towards the applications of biology and medicine, the Convention on Human Rights and Biomedicine, signed at Oviedo on 4 April 1997, and the Additional Protocol to the European Convention for the Protection of Human Rights and the Dignity of the Human Being to the Applications of Biology and Medicine, on the prohibition of the cloning of human beings, signed in Paris on 12 January 1998. This law was adopted by the Senate at the meeting of 11 May 2000, in compliance with the provisions of art. 74 74 para. (2) of the Romanian Constitution. SENATE PRESIDENT NICOLAE VACAROIU This law was adopted by the Chamber of Deputies at the meeting of February 6, 2001, in compliance with the provisions of 74 74 para.
