The Romanian Parliament adopts this law + Article UNIC Approval Government Ordinance no. 53 53 of 19 August 1999 on the accession to certain protocols and the acceptance of amendments to the 1974 International Convention for the Safety of Life at Sea, concluded in London on 1 November 1974, at the 1966 International Convention on Load Lines, concluded in London on 5 April 1966, and at the 1973 International Convention for the Prevention of Pollution from Ships, as amended by the Protocol concluded in London on 17 February 1978, issued pursuant to art. 1 lit. H point 10 10 of Law no. 140/1999 on the empowerment of the Government to issue ordinances and published in the Official Gazette of Romania, Part I, no. 412 412 of 27 August 1999. This law was passed by the Senate at its meeting on February 21, 2000, in compliance with the provisions of art 74 74 para. (2) of the Romanian Constitution. SENATE PRESIDENT NICOLAE VACAROIU This law was adopted by the Chamber of Deputies at the meeting of February 6, 2001, in compliance with the provisions of 74 74 para.
