LEGE no. 17 17 of 12 February 1948 to amend the law for judicial organization

+ Article UNIC Provisions of art. 33, item a, art. 57 57, art. 68, para. 2 2 and art. 161, para. 1, of the law No. 341 of 5 Decemvrie 1947 , for the judicial organization, shall be amended as follows: Article 33, item a, shall read as follows: a) "Allegations directed against the Ministers, according to the law on ministerial responsibility". ... Article 57, will read as follows: " The magistrates are appointed by presidential decree. Before entering into the performance of their duties, they shall be sworn in according to the provisions of the Staff Regulations. " Article 68, para. 2, will have the following contents: " The terms of the first-president and the first prosecutor of the Ilfov Tribunal, in these functions, are considered as an actual internship at the Court. They are part of the Bucharest Court ". Article 161, para. 1, will have the following contents: " The provisions of this law, with the exception of the final and transitional, as well as of art. 81, will enter into force on March 1, 1948; until this date, the application of the provisions of art. 81, it will be possible to do without the opinion of the Superior Council of Magistracy Voted by the Assembly of Deputies at its meeting on 10 February 1948.
