+ Article 1 Article 1 of Law No. 877 of 9 Decemvrie 1940 ,, shall be supplemented by the following provisions: " The Romanian nationality can still be withdrawn to the Romanian who leaves or tries to leave the country clandestinely or fraudulently, as well as to the one who does not return to the country after the expiry of the term of validity of the travel documents, issued by Romanian authorities If the validity of the expired or the border was passed clandestinely or fraudulently before the publication of the present law, the nationality will be able to be withdrawn to the novel which, within 60 days from this date, has not returned to the country or did not obtain from the Romanian authorities the necessary documents to stay abroad. " + Article 2 Art. 2 of Law No. 877 of 9 Decemvrie 1940 ,, shall be supplemented by the following provisions: " They will be counted as belonging to the guilty one in terms of application of this law and the goods he has alienated in the last 12 months, before the publication of the Journal of the Council of Ministers; to these goods are void of law, and the goods pass into the patrimony of the State if the act of disposition was made in favor of a relative or the act of disposition was made in favor of a relative or afin up to the fourth degree inclusive, co-associates, technical, administrative or legal advisers, or other procurator or prepus. When the act of disposition has been made by any other natural or legal person through fraudulent collusion between the contracting parties, he will cancel and the goods will pass into the patrimony of the State. " + Article 3 Ministry of Justice is authorized to republish the full text of Law No. 877 of 9 Decemvrie 1940 , encompassing the amendments and additions made.
