The Romanian Parliament adopts this law + Article UNIC Approval Government Emergency Ordinance no. 167 167 of 29 October 1999 on the approval of the definitive removal, free of charge, from the state reserves of quantities of petroleum products to be granted to the Ministry of National Defence, published in the Official Gazette of Romania, Part I, no. 536 536 of 3 November 1999. This law was adopted by the Senate at the meeting of April 3, 2000, in compliance with the provisions of art 74 74 para. (2) of the Romanian Constitution. p.
