The Romanian Parliament adopts this law + Article UNIC Rejected Government Emergency Ordinance no. 166 166 of 29 October 1999 to amend and supplement Government Emergency Ordinance no. 82/1997 on the regime of excise duties and other indirect taxes, published in the Official Gazette of Romania, Part I, no. 527 527 of 29 October 1999. This law was adopted by the Chamber of Deputies at the meeting of October 24, 2000, in compliance with the provisions of 74 74 para. (2) of the Romanian Constitution. p.
