The Romanian Parliament adopts this law + Article UNIC Rejected Government Emergency Ordinance no. 143 143 of 30 September 1999 for amendment Government Emergency Ordinance no. 82/1997 on the regime of excise duties and other indirect taxes, published in the Official Gazette of Romania, Part I, no. 474 474 of 30 September 1999. This law was adopted by the Chamber of Deputies at its meeting on April 10, 2000, in compliance with the provisions of 74 74 para. (2) of the Romanian Constitution. p.
