The Romanian Parliament adopts this law + Article UNIC The Convention on the prohibition of the use, storage, production and transfer of anti-personnel mines and their destruction, adopted in Oslo, Norway, on 18 September 1997, is hereby ratified. This law was adopted by the Senate at the meeting of September 5, 2000, in compliance with the provisions of art 74 74 para. (2) of the Romanian Constitution. p.
