The Romanian Parliament adopts this law + Article UNIC Approval Government Emergency Ordinance no. 201 201 of 29 December 1999 for completion Government Emergency Ordinance no. 66/1997 on the exemption from payment of taxes on salaries and/or on income made by foreign consultants for the activities carried out in Romania under loan agreements, published in the Official Gazette of Romania, Part I, no. 649 649 of 30 December 1999. This law was adopted by the Chamber of Deputies at the meeting of June 22, 2000, in compliance with the provisions of 74 74 para. (2) of the Romanian Constitution.
