The Romanian Parliament adopts this law + Article UNIC Approval Government Emergency Ordinance no. 7 7 of 18 February 2000 on the approval of the acquisition of a space by the Autonomous Regia "Monitorul Oficial", published in the Official Gazette of Romania, Part I, no. 74 74 of 21 February 2000, with the following amendment: -The single article will read as follows: " Unique article. -The acquisition by the Autonomous Regia "Monitorul Oficial" is approved, by way of derogation from the provisions art. 42 of Government Emergency Ordinance no. 88/1997 on the privatisation of companies, approved by Law no. 44/1998 , of a building composed of constructions in the total area of 1,200 my and the individual part of the related land, located in Bucharest, sauce. Panduri nr. 1, block P33, sector 5, located in the patrimony of the Commercial Company "Comprest"-S.A., identified according to the annex that is an integral part of this emergency ordinance. " This law was adopted by the Chamber of Deputies at its meeting on March 7, 2000, in compliance with the provisions of 74 74 para. (2) of the Romanian Constitution. CHAMBER OF DEPUTIES PRESIDENT ION DIACONESCU This law was adopted by the Senate at the meeting of October 2, 2000, in compliance with the provisions of art 74 74 para.
