Law No. 183 of 27 October 2000 approving emergency Government Ordinance No. 188/1999 on the transfer of real estate located in Bucharest, Romania, Unirii Blvd. 37-Junior Shop of Company "Bucharest"-S.A. in the field of issuing State PARLIAMENT Published in MONITORUL OFICIAL nr. 532 of 30 October 2000, the Romanian Parliament adopts this law.


The sole article approving Government Emergency Ordinance nr. 188 of 26 November 1999 relating to the transfer of real estate located in Bucharest, Romania, Unirii Blvd. 37-Junior-Shop of Company "Bucharest" in the private domain of the State, published in the Official Gazette of Romania, part I, no. 579 of 26 November 1999, with the following amendments and supplements: 1. Title of the Emergency Ordinance shall read as follows: "Emergency Ordinance concerning the arrangements for the transmission of real estate located in Bucharest, Romania, Unirii Blvd. Shop 37 Junior-Company heritage lt; Lt; Bucharest gt; GT; -Private field in the State "2. Article 4 shall read as follows: Art. 4.-it is also empowering, State property Fund to compensate them at face value on the other shareholders of the Company lt; Lt; Bucharest gt; GT; -S.A. shares managed by it to other companies cost effective. "
This law was adopted by the Chamber of deputies at its meeting on 6 March 2000, in compliance with the provisions of art. 74 para. (2) of the Constitution of Romania.
PRESIDENT of the CHAMBER of DEPUTIES ION DIACONESCU this law was adopted by the Senate at its meeting on 21 September 2000, in compliance with the provisions of art. 74 para. (2) of the Constitution of Romania.
