The Romanian Parliament adopts this law + Article 1 The city of Gherla, Cluj county, is declared a municipality. + Article 2 Annex to Law no. 2/1968 on the administrative organization of the territory of Romania, republished in the Official Bulletin, Part I, no. 54-55 of 27 July 1981, shall be amended accordingly. This law was adopted by the Senate at the meeting of 8 October 1998, in compliance with the provisions of art. 74 74 para. (1) of the Romanian Constitution. p.
