The Romanian Parliament adopts this law + Article UNIC Approval Government Ordinance no. 101 101 of 30 August 1999 for the ratification of the Financing Contract between Romania, the European Investment Bank and the Autonomous Regia of Termofication Cluj-Napoca, in the amount of 3.5 million euros, for the financing of the Project for the rehabilitation of the district heating system Cluj-Napoca, signed in Bucharest on August 20, 1999 and in Luxembourg on August 18, 1999, issued pursuant to art. 1 lit. C section 30 30 of Law no. 140/1999 on the empowerment of the Government to issue ordinances and published in the Official Gazette of Romania, Part I, no. 424 424 of 31 August 1999. This law was adopted by the Senate at the meeting of 14 June 2000, in compliance with the provisions of art. 74 74 para. (2) of the Romanian Constitution. p.
