The Romanian Parliament adopts this law + Article 1 (1) Retirement from the public pension system, as well as pensioners from the other own social security systems, benefit annually from a total of 6 simple trips with a reduction of 50% of the rate set for rail travel with regio R trains and interregio IR trains without reservation regime class II, with car means or with class II passenger ships, to internal public transport, between localities. ... ------------ Alin. ((1) of art. 1 1 has been amended by art. II of LAW no. 52 52 of 19 March 2012 , published in MONITORUL OFFICIAL no. 185 185 of 22 March 2012. (2) Simple trips for pensioners, with a reduction of 50% of the tariff set for regio R trains and interregio trains IR without reservation regime class II or for internal means of transport, auto or naval, will be provided so. units with state capital and private equity companies. ... ------------ Alin. I of LAW no. 30 30 of 5 March 2004 , published in MONITORUL OFFICIAL no. 218 218 of 12 March 2004. + Article 1 ^ 1 (1) In order to benefit from the facilities provided in art. 1, each pensioner will be issued a card-type transport card, personalized with the name and personal numerical code of each beneficiary. ... (2) The card has the validity of one year and will store in memory the number of trips to which the beneficiary is entitled, the number of trips made and their value. ... ((.
